There’s something special about morning walks. The air is cool, and the world feels quiet. Birds start singing, and the sky slowly lights up. It’s a time to clear your mind before the day gets busy.
I often walk in the small park near my home. There, I see old trees with thick branches. Sometimes, a squirrel runs up a tree, holding a nut in its paws. Kids don’t come to play yet—so the park is calm. I like to walk along the path that goes around a small lake. The water is still, like a mirror. Sometimes, a duck glides across, making tiny ripples.
Morning walks help me feel fresh. I don’t rush. I take my time to notice little things: a flower blooming, a breeze blowing leaves, or the smell of fresh grass. It’s a simple joy, but it makes a big difference. After my walk, I go home, make a cup of tea, and start my day with a smile. Everyone should try it—even a short walk can make mornings brighter.
